  5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
  6. Deliver this Notification, with all items completed, to our Designated Copyright Agent via our Contact Us page. Please specify "DMCA Notification" in the subject line or message.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a Counter-Notification containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

  • Identify the specific content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Provide a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or a misidentification of the content.
  • Provide your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  • Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the [mention your local district, e.g., District of Delaware]) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
  • Deliver this Counter-Notification to our Designated Copyright Agent via our Contact Us page. Please specify "DMCA Counter-Notification" in the subject line or message.
